Rules That Help Us Grow Together.

At Guru Nanak Public Sr. Sec. School, discipline is the foundation of a positive learning environment. Our school rules are designed to promote respect, responsibility, and safety for all students. We encourage every child to uphold these values both inside and outside the classroom.

  • Students must come to school in clean uniform.
  • Students must reach at school 10 minutes before the schedule to reach the assembly in time.
  • Late comers will not be permitted to attend the school.
  • Students must obey the class monitors, school appointees in the absence of teachers to maintain discipline and order.
  • Any damage done to the school property must be compensated by the person concerned.
  • Parents must check the school diary regularly and note the teachers’ remarks.
  • Annual Examination for promotion to next class is held every year in March. Pupils, who fail to appear in the examination, will not be tested at any other time except for on medical ground.
  • Parents’ co-operation is vital for all-round develpment of the Child. Parents must take immense interest in their ward’s progress.
  • Parents should not encourage the children for half-day leave because the students will not be permitted to leave the school except in unavoidable circumstances.
  • Caution money will not be refunded after 6 months of leaving school.
  • Carrying mobile and its use in school is strictly prohibited in the school campus.
  • Permission to students to bring scooter/motorcycle will be granted on having of driving licence.

Monday to Friday for Boys

Nursery to UKG

Red check skirt, cream shirt, white socks with maroon stripes, black leather shoes, school belt, bow, and black ribbon.

Class I to V

Red check half-sleeve shirt, cream trousers with pleats, white socks with maroon stripes, black leather shoes (neatly polished with laces), school belt, and tie.

Class VI to VIII

Red check half-sleeve shirt, cream trousers with pleats, white socks with maroon stripes, black leather shoes (neatly polished with laces), school belt, and tie.

Class IX & X

Red check full-sleeve shirt, cream trousers with pleats, white socks with maroon stripes, black shoes (neatly polished with laces), school belt, and tie.

Class XI & XII

Sky Blue full-sleeve shirt, dark greyish-blue trousers with pleats, white socks with maroon stripes, black shoes (neatly polished with laces), school belt, and tie.

Note for Boys:

Monday to Friday for Girls

All students are required to wear the school uniform, which is compulsory. Failure to adhere to the uniform policy will result in strict action.

Red check kurta with stand-up collar, cream salwar, cream dupatta, white socks with maroon stripes, black shoes (neatly polished). Sleeves of the kurta must not be shorter than the elbow.

Class XI & XII

Sky Blue kurta with stand-up collar, dark greyish-blue salwar, blue dupatta, white socks with maroon stripes, black shoes (neatly polished). Sleeves must not be shorter than the elbow.

Note for Girls:

On Saturday and Ceremonial Days (L.K.G. to XII)

Boys - White T-Shirt with alloted house codes, white trouser with pleates and White Socks with maroon stripes & Canvas Shoes.

Girls - White Salwar Kurta and dupatta with ALLOTTED house codes, white ribbon, white Socks with maroon stripes & White Canvas Shoes. The sleeves of Kurta should not be less than elbow.
Boys - White T-Shirt with alloted house codes, white trouser with pleates and White Socks with maroon stripes & Canvas Shoes.

Nursery to VIII - Maroon Jersey with uniform.
IX & X - Maroon Blazer with school monogram along with uniform.
XI & XII - Dark Greyish Blazer with school monogram along with uniform.

School conveyance

The school has got its own transport facility, which is provided to the students residing at distant places of Udaipur city and surroundings areas.

Leave

Application for leave should be sent stating the reason and the period of absence, giving clearly the student's name and class with section. If the student is absent without information for more than 6 days, his/her name will be struck off from the rolls and if re-admission is sought, the same will be given only after depositing re-admission fee. A student can be rusticated from the school for any of the following reasons.
1. Indiscipline
2. Making contact with undesirable elements.
3. Repeatedly disturbing the peaceful atmosphere of the school.
4. Absence without leave for more than 6 working days.
5. Found with Mobile in School Campus.
6. Found doing any damage to the school property.
7. Found fighting in the school campus or surroundings.
