Fees Structure
At Guru Nanak Public Sr. Sec. School, we are committed to providing an environment that supports academic excellence, character development, and overall well-being. Our campus is thoughtfully designed to cater to the diverse needs of our students from primary to senior secondary levels.
Fees
- It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to clear all dues on time.
- Fees once deposited will not be refunded.
- Office hours to deposit Fee :
From : 8:30 AM To 1:00 PM all working days.
Note : Fee will not be deposited on 2nd & 4th Saturday of every month.
Withdrawal
- A student may apply for withdrawal from the school only after giving 15 days advance notice in writing to the Principal.
- All dues to be settled before the child is withdrawn.
- In case of withdrawal during mid-session complete fees for that quarter will be charged.
Caution Money
- Caution money is refundable within one month after the child's name is struck off from the class.
- Caution money will not be refunded after 6 months of withdrawal of Transfer Certificate.
- In both cases above, if the rule is not fulfilled the said money will be amalgamated in the school fund.
- Students, who apply for caution money, must submit photocopy of T.C. and Marksheet of the class.
Transfer Certificate
Students leaving school may obtain transfer certificate from the office after clearance of all school dues and on payment of transfer certificate fee of Rs 50/- and for class XII Rs 100/-
A notice of 3 days must be given for any certificate or document required from the school office.
